This year’s theme, Poured with Purpose, is inspired by mentorship, advocacy, and honoring the legacies that are shaping future generations! The program features a teen-led panel discussion, girl-moderated table conversations, and an award ceremony honoring four distinguished community leaders. By seating adults and teen girls together, we create authentic, relationship-driven mentorship that leaves young people feeling empowered and celebrated, while inspiring adults to invest in the future they are helping to shape.
