A unique career mentoring experience with 100 of Crittenton’s bright teen girls!

This event was created to uplift teen girls by providing a space for them to share their voices with adults and engage in a one-of-a-kind career exposure opportunity. Our primary focus is ensuring they are involved in career discussions, gain the skills to navigate different industries, and are given opportunities to explore future internships from Crittenton’s diverse community of elite professionals.

This event features a panel led by select teen girls, guided speed mentoring, and an award presentation to honor our Crittenton Scholars. We intentionally seat adults and teen girls together to foster a meaningful mentoring experience.
